Monitor Mixes

Monitor Mixes: Try to get a "medium" volume from your sound guy. You can then go down or up from there. Low volume mixes will help you play softer if necessary. Mixes that are too loud can not only be physically harmful to your ears but they can sometimes cause confusion.
