Everyone who wants to play double kick, has to be very patience (most people would try to just get fast by playing single strokes), using techniques such as single/double stroke rolls and paradiddles on your double bassing along with your sticking would help you speed up frequently and increase your endurance, i also advice doing this with a metronome. - Rick Verma
