Find your sweet spot

Find your sweet spot and as posted earlier one spot is in the middle of the pedal with your toes touching and heel up. but another sweet spot is at the bottom of the pedal where the pedal and footplate meet. when playing on that spot keep your heels up, and if you can learn how to do it move them from one side to another every time you hit which will increase speed. look it up its called the swivel technique. - drew brown
